Reservations, please: Brevard’s best dining

   It just occurred to me I had in the past few weeks, revisited some of the restaurants that had received high remarks during the two years I wrote reviews for this paper’s TgIF section.
My files contain some 90-odd reviews-some wonderful, some good, some not so good and a couple so dismal they never reached print.
Not surprisingly, 14 of that number no longer exist and a quick glance shows the majority of those will never be missed.
Fortunately, in the course of dining out, my recent visits have included two establishments that received the highest 5-Palm ratings: Silvestro’s and Carmel’s…
…Others worthy of mention include Ulysses’ Prime Steakhouse, 4 ½ Palms, where I dined this past weekend and found the food and service at this high-end establishment to be excellent, as usual.
